1) Is semi-permanent makeup treatment suitable for everyone?

The following people are not suitable for treatment: pregnancy, fever, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, hepatitis, AIDS, epilepsy, and keloids.

2) How long does the process take?

The whole process takes about 90-120 minutes, including filling in information, communication before treatment, operation of treatment, and explanation of post-treatment care, etc.

3) How long can semi-permanent eyeliner and eyebrows last?

It depends on individual skin type and skin metabolism, and can last for about 1-3 years. On average, the color will fade by 1-2% every month. People with oily skin, thin skin, easy bleeding, enlarged pores, obvious skin texture, and excessive eye fluid secretion (eyeliner) will lose color faster. In addition, those who choose lighter colors will have shorter maintenance due to the lower color density. People who frequently wear make-up, often go swimming in the pool, and use whitening products also have shorter color retention, so they can replenish the color to maintain the desired effect.

If you often apply and remove makeup, swim in pools or apply whitening skin care products, colour retention will be shorter, touch-up treatments can help maintain the desired effect.


4) If there is still colour on my brows from the previous treatment, can I still undergo 3D Hairstroke Eyebrow Treatment?

It depends on the colour and thickness, kindly send us a photo of your brows for consultation first. The lighter the old colour, the better the new treatment result. If the old colour is too heavy or too thick, you can use whitening products everyday for 1- 3 months, or undergo a laser treatment to remove the old colour. 


5) The colour of the eyeliner becomes lighter after scab falling off, is it normal?

Yes, it is normal. Because the newly formed skin will cover the pigment, just like applying foundation. In addition, the colour absorption rate of skin depends on the individuals’ skin type. People with oily skin, thin skin, enlarged pores, rough skin texture and excessive tears tend to have lower absorption rate, touch-up treatments may help enhance the effect. The recovery of wound will vary due to different external variables. 

Some customers may unintentioally touch the wound during sleep or when they tidy their hair, affecting the colour retention. Therefore, the first 7 days after treatment is especially critical for colour retention. Reminder: Clients must strictly follow the post treatment care instructions which can help improve the colour retention. Besides, everyone has different expectation on colour darkness, the deep dark effect can be achieved by a couples of touch-up treatments. People with sensitive skin also tend to have lower colour absorption, we will try our best to achieve the effect you want.

6) Under what circumstances do I need a touch-up treatment?

It depends on the individual's expectation to colour darkness and skin absorption. Clients who prefer darker colour, with lower skin absorption rate or immature scabs being made fall off resulting in uneven colour result, will need to have more sessions of touch-up treatments. The skin cycle varies with age and physique, it takes around 28-45 days for wound to heal completely, the best time for undergoing touch-up treatments is 45 days after the initial treatment.

7) The colour is even while scab falling, is it normal?

Yes, it is normal. During the 7-10 days of scab falling off, the colour may appear to be uneven, asymmetry or even broken. Please do not rub the scab with your hands, be patient to let the scab fall off naturally. If the colour absorption is not ideal, it can be adjusted later by touch-up treatments, no worries.

8) How soon can I wash my face and put on makeup after undergoing semi-permanent eyebrow and eyeliner treatment?

As long as the wound is not being touched, you can immediately apply makeup, such as foundation and lipstick. Having had eyebrow treatments is like already putting on makeup, you may resume to using eyebrow makeup again after 7-10 days when the scab have fallen off. You can wash your face 48 hours after the treatment, but it is not recommended to let the wound contact with water for a long time, and please do not scrub the treated area

It depends on the depth and thickness of the old color. You can provide eyebrow photos for consultation first. The lighter and thinner the old color, the better the effect of 3D eyebrow tattooing. If the old color is too dark or too thick, you can use whitening products every day for 1-3 days. months; or perform laser eyebrow cleaning first.

5) The color of eyeliner becomes lighter after scabbing off. Is this normal?

Normally, the pigment will be covered by new skin growth, just like applying foundation. In addition, the skin color rate depends on the individual's skin type. People with oily skin, thin skin, easy bleeding, large pores, obvious skin texture, and excessive eye water secretion have relatively low skin color rates, which can be enhanced through color supplements. There are external variables in the recovery of any skin wound. Some customers may touch the wound inadvertently, such as sleeping or moving hair, which will reduce the color retention rate. Therefore, the first 7 days of care are particularly critical for the color retention rate. Remember: Customers need to strictly abide by the color fixation instructions, which can help improve the color retention rate. In addition, everyone has different requirements for the depth of color, and the dark effect can be achieved through multiple colorings. People with very sensitive skin will have a lower color rate, and we will fully cooperate with you.

6) Under what circumstances is complementary color needed?

It depends on personal color requirements and skin absorption. Customers who require a deep darkening effect, are difficult to absorb into the skin, and have immature scabs that are dug out, resulting in uneven color, often require touch-up. The skin growth cycle varies depending on age and constitution. Complete healing takes 28-45 days, so the best day for color replenishment is after 45 days.

7) Is it normal for uneven color during scab removal?

normal. During the 7-10 days of scab removal, uneven color, asymmetry, and color breakage may occur. Do not rub the scab with your hands. Wait patiently for the scab to mature and fall off naturally. If the skin loses color, you can replenish the color and adjust it. You must wait patiently during this period, so don't worry.

8) How long after semi-permanent eyebrow and eyeliner treatments can I wash my face and put on makeup?

As long as you don't touch the wound, you can put on makeup immediately, such as foundation and lipstick. After completing the semi-permanent eyebrow treatment, it will feel like putting on makeup. After 7-10 days, the scab is completely peeled off and you can resume eyebrow makeup. After 48 hours, you can wash your face with wet water, but it is not recommended to contact it for a long time, and there is no need to scrub it deliberately.
